Returns and Refunds

Our products are made-to-order so we cannot accept any returns. But if you are dissatisfied with your order, simply email us within 72 hours of receipt. We will provide you with two options: item replacement or refund. This applies only to incorrect and/or faulty item(s) upon receipt as a result of our error. We do not exchange products due to a change of mind, and any exchange requests of item that was mistakenly chosen by customer will be not accepted.

We require some helpful information including a photo of the item and order number. Once the claim is received, we will notify you of further arrangement. Item replacement for defective item will be arranged at no cost.

If you opt for refund option, money will be refunded in the full amount of item prices in the same form as the original payment type.

Refund

All of our product are custom product and we manufacture the case after a buyer order a product. The cooling period is 1 (one) day after purchasing, before the item is shipped. It means that buyer can change the product option or cancel a purchase agreement for full refund during the cooling period. 

If you find that the item is broken, defect or faulty when you receive the item, please contact us for return or exchange immediately. Purchased product can be exchanged or ask for money refund in an unused shape for within 14 days of delivery.

If the item you received is faulty or incorrect, please Contact Us (or email us : [email protected]) and don’t forget quoting your order reference number. Please always contact us BEFORE shipping your case back to us. We can offer you exchange or money refund then. 

Keep in mind that the displayed photo in website and the printing on the case may not exactly same due to light of photography effect. The cases are made to withstand the light occasional drop, there is no guarantee that your phone is fully protected from hard impact.

Cancellations

By using our service you agree that you are fully aware of and committed to all actions and transactions you carry out through our site. Therefore, any cancellation request of order and transaction that have been processed and/or fulfilled will be rejected.
